At PinkDelight.in, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. This policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges, and order cancellations are managed, ensuring transparency and trust in every purchase.

Scope of the Policy

This policy applies only to purchases made through our official website: www.pinkdelight.in

This policy does NOT apply to:

  • Purchases made at offline retail stores
  • Orders placed via third-party marketplaces or delivery partners

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of grocery items, we maintain a No Return, No Refund Policy. However, exceptions may be considered in genuine cases such as:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product is expired at the time of delivery
  • Product is damaged in transit

To Qualify for an Exception:

  • Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Provide clear photo/video proof of the issue

Important:
Refunds are provided as store credits, discount coupons, or shopping vouchers only — not cash refunds.

Please Note:

  • Delivery charges and COD fees are non-refundable
  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted
  • Claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible
  • Refund amount excludes logistics and transaction fees

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only permitted if a valid product issue is found such as:

  • Damaged or defective product
  • Expired product delivered

Exchange Conditions:

  • Contact our support within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos/videos and order ID for verification
  • Return the original item (if requested) before replacement is processed

In case the exact product is unavailable, we may provide a replacement alternative or a voucher.

Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Window:

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours if they have not been shipped.

How to Request Cancellation:

Please include your order number and reason for cancellation.

Important Conditions:

  • Shipped orders cannot be canceled
  • Bulk or custom orders are non-cancellable

A voucher equal to the order value (minus processing charges) will be issued after successful cancellation.

Voucher issuance may take up to 7 working days.

  • PinkDelight.in reserves full right to approve or reject claims
  • Fraudulent claims may result in denial of service and legal action
  • All decisions by our quality assurance team are final
